The concrete or existing floor must be properly cleaned and prepared. To enhance the surface adhesion of the epoxy it should be coated first. This layer is also useful in minimizing the formation of air bubbles.
The epoxy resin and hardener are two components blended in a correct ratio as recommended by the manufacturer. After preparation, it should be applied on the desired surface. After application the surface should be allowed to reach its dry state normally for 8 to 10 hours depending on the temperature conditions.
